Warm-up Drill 7 to 9

The warm-up drill 7 to 9 is a variant of the original warm-up exercise 7 balls, which includes a situation of shot after a pass to hand to the players who come through the sides.

Initial layout and description

Begin the exercise braiding on the first pitch and missed the half court, the player who receives the second pass wins the center pot to make a shot in the header.
