Relay Tag Game is a hybrid between classic tag and relay races. Players are divided into teams, and one by one, they sprint out to tag or avoid being tagged before returning to their line and giving way to the next teammate. It enhances explosiveness, coordination, and strategic timing, making it a great start to high-intensity sessions.

Initial layout and description of the Relay Tag Game
Divide the group into two teams (from 2 to 6 players) and it’s explained to them the delimitation of the area of play.
A player of one team starts in the centre as well as the ‘runner’, while the other is at home (the line in the background on which it is situated your computer) as the ‘tracker’. When the coach blows the whistle, the corridor runs towards his house while the pursuer pursues. Once that is done a clash of the hands between the persecuted and your partner at home, the roles are reversed. The former persecutor cannot return home until they get to the half (the border), but they can crawl all you want (without being caught then). The goal is that the team members communicate and develop a strategy to get the other team out of rhythm and pursue them.
After finishing a round, they proceed to play the next round with the initiatives changed (the team that started chasing will now be pursued).
The Game is over when you reach the number of rounds is set at the start.
Variants
- All players have a ball. To get enough with playing with the free hand.
- Vary the distance of the houses.
Note: the distance of the border in the original game (‘Tag Roulette’) is either 10 yards (9,144 meters). You can vary and marked with a few cones.
