Initial layout and description of the Rebounding Circuit Drill
We can place all the players in two rows indies located to the side of the basket (in parallel to the bottom line). The first player of a row have a ball.
The exercise begins with the first player jumping with the ball and throwing it against the board to be directed toward the other row after having rebounded against the board. After throwing the ball to the board, changes to the other row. The first player from the other receives the ball the ball in the air and then re-launch it to the first row before landing. And so on.
Variants
- Receive it with two hands and throw the ball with one hand.
- Receive with one hand and leave her with a single hand (very difficult).
- The previous variant, alternating hand of reception (and launch) between one player and another.
- Incorporate a particular gesture (swipe over the head, pass chest or swipe to slap).
- Challenge groups.
- Wheel bounce in 8
Note: all variants are combinable.
