The Quick Passing Drill focuses on developing fast, accurate passes in continuous motion. This drill sharpens reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and communication, helping players build rhythm and timing in both static and dynamic situations. Ideal for warm-ups or technical blocks, it reinforces the core value of ball movement in team offense.

Application field: in case you have mid-court or field as a whole, would be able to advertise that after a certain number of passes made by the pin play a situation of a reduced game in which the player without the ball will have to retrieve at least one of the balls in the game.
Variants
- Vary the distance between the players.
- Give the passes in a certain way.
- Change the basketballs for medicine balls.
- Each time the pin makes a pass, the player with the ball that has not received the pass has to make a change of hand.
- Perform the passes on pot.
- To make passes with a single hand.
- To receive the pass with one hand.
- Mode-preliminary: the player that loses control of the ball or a bad pass is out performing any physical load (only for large basket).
Note: all variants are combinable.
