The Bipolar Warm-Up Drill alternates between no-opposition (2-on-0) and live 1-on-1 action, offering both technical activation and competitive intensity. - 1 ball per pair.
- Bright space, half court or field whole (it is always better to have a court whole basketball since you will have more space and the possibility of shooting).
Initial layout and description of the Bipolar Warm-Up Drill
Players are placed in pairs.
When the coach says:
‘Oh, good vibes!’, then, the players share the ball and iran from one basket to another.
‘It’s game!’, then the players will play a 1×1.Will alternate modes of game, being able to vary the duration of each phase and the rhythms of alternation.

Variants
- Use only the dominant hand.
- Only use the hand non-dominant.
- Warming up with 3 balls, warming with 5 balls, warming with 7 balls, warming with 9 balls.
- Warming basket to basket.
