Initial layout and description
On the wheels that we propose below, we will leave in different situations. Ball passed or ball already past the Post Under. A situation that can be played with a system concepts 4 open and 1 inside.
Wheels 1×0
These wheels will work analytically separate each of the gestures that have to make the players that play the Lock Indirect 45º. We will pay special attention to the rests on the stops.
On both wheels, we can convert the exercise in 1×1 playing towards the other ring half pitch (in case of availability of court as a whole).

In this wheel, we replace the blocker for a car of material. The idea is that the policy-holder of the Lock Indirect have a notion of the space, the pop-up blocker. In addition, we also serve to work in the same range.
Essential to caring for the spatial references, both in distance and volume.
As a technical detail, we will ask the borrower to do the work prior feet before taking the Lock Indirect and then we will be attentive to the supports at the stops so that you have a good balanced basis to get the best possible shot.

In this wheel, we start from the moment in which the player corner has already given the pass to the Low Post and is directed to place the Lock Indirect. We will work with the two continuations to the ring:
- Then with a half-turn, which we will use later in situation of opposition when the defender you want to trim down. The blocker will do the following using the spin backwards as a tool to block your account to leave in out of the game, the defender of the policy-holder of the Lock Indirect.
- Following direct (without half-turn), to use it later in a situation of opposition when the advocate of the policy-holder pursues the policy holder Lock Indirect.
Wheel 1×1

In this wheel/exercise, we will pay special we will put the emphasis on the maker of the Lock Indirect read the reaction of the defender:
- If the defender clipped, the policyholder will be opened to receive and pulling.
- If the defender pursues you, the policyholder and curl the lock indirect (the cart) and will be on the way to the ring over the Post Medium to avoid the help of the defender in the Low Post.
Wheel 2×0

Wheel 2×0 on the pin to decide who to pass it.Convertible in 1×1 playing towards the other ring in case you have court as a whole.
Wheels 2×1

Wheel/exercise in the pin to read the reaction of the defender of the policy-holder of the lock indirect and decide whom to pass it. We are aware that the policy-holder and the block also are aware of how to defend the defender of the policyholder the Lock Indirect.

As in the previous exercise, except that now it is the blocker that is defended.
Situation in which it recreates the defence of change or ‘flash’ of the defender.
Wheel 2×2

In this exercise, since there are equal numbers. Important to create advantage in the Lock Indirect, once created, must be maintained and exploited.
Wheel 3×0

Wheel 3×0, in which the Low Post (internal player) decides who to pass it.You can turn exercise into 2×1 toward the other ring doing that the last attacker who touched the ball pass over the role of defender.
Wheel 3×3

Last exercise of the progression. Situation of the real game. After having worked the previous situations, the defenders are more outstanding defend the Lock Indirect arriving to anticipate or neglecting to defend a change of pace with the purpose of cutting directly to the ring.Very important though is generated at the situation from the Low Post in the face to the achievement of the Lock Indirect, the interior does not miss the opportunity to surprise playing 1×1.
Variants
- On wheels with opposition there is to solve without boats.
- On wheels with opposition there is to settle on a certain numbers of passes and/or boats.
- All of the wheels/exercises can be continued playing for the half that is free to the half pitch (on the way back, arriving playing).
Final Considerations
In all the exercises/wheels, it is critical to instill the notion of harnessing the Lock Indirect and above all, get used to that attackers are able to read the reactions of their defenders, before, during and after the Lock Indirect.
In addition, we also need to keep the possibility of ‘breaking’ the pattern of the game if the defenders are anticipated.
