The 3-on-1 Fast Break Drill is a classic transition exercise used to develop quick decision-making, spacing, and finishing under pressure. Three offensive players attack in transition against a single defender, creating a numerical advantage that forces players to read the defender, share the ball, and finish efficiently. It also challenges the lone defender to delay, recover, and protect the rim.
