Initial layout and description of the 10-Pass Relay Game
Once you have made the two computers, you can start the game.
It is very important that, in case of not having breastplates, players are clear on who they are, their peers, and who are its rivals (especially if they are small and/or if there are many).
The game can begin in one of two ways:
- Or you can give the ball to a team, or you can launch strong against a basket
- or against the ground, and the player of the computer that the pick up can begin.
The team in possession of the ball shall give 10 passes in a row. The complicated part of the game is that you can’t dribble/dribble the ball.
Each time the team in possession to get to give a pass, ALL the players from that team will have to ‘sing’ out loud, the number of passes followed that lead.
The team that does not have possession of the ball must intercept the passes. In the original game you can’t steal the ball directly from a player who has the control of the same.
Once you reach 10 consecutive passes, that team will have won the round and he will score 1 point. In the original game, the team that defended the draw in the new round. However, to reward good passes and stimulate the defenders, you can change and give the ball back to the team that won the round.
Variants
- Prohibit some type of pass (skip for example).
- Forbid a repeat of the same type of pass.
- Prohibit the receiver of a pass will return it to the sender.
- Give the passes with one hand.
- Switch hands with the given passes (if a player gave a pass with the right hand, the player who received that pass will have to give it with the left hand).
- Oblige to give the passes in any specific way (only passes chopped or passes a hand for example).
- Once completed 10 passes, you can throw to the basket, in the case of converting the launch, the team will earn 2 points.
- You can play a game in before you toss to the basket has to give 10 passes in a given area (in field of attack, by the line of 3 points, outside of the area, within the area, etc…).
- You can vary the number of passes. If we want to make it faster, we can lower the number of passes and if we want to make it longer, we can upload it (it is recommended to ‘play’ in the range of 7 to 15 passes).
- We can use this game to work, physical condition, ‘punishing’ the defending team with any type of load (push-ups, sprints, etc…).
- Resets the account if the player (or team) that receives a pass does not count the total number of passes the team in that moment.
