Initial layout and description
In case of being grouped by the trio, you place the 2 defenders, one in each elbow. In the case of 3 defenders, are placed 2 in each end of the free kick and another under the ring.
VERY IMPORTANT: The defending players must not close completely on the step when you see that the attacking player is moving towards the ring. Should existing a level of trust between the players to accept and tolerate that physical contact. It is highly advisable to point out that this exercise is intended for the attacker and that in any case we will make that physical contact at games.
The attacker starts to ring and you need to end despite the physical contact of illegal defenders.
Variants
- The output position differs from the corner, from the corner of half court, etc…
- It gets a maximum of boat to finish.
- Resolves in less than 3 seconds.
Note: all variants are combinable.
