  2. Order and cleanliness
  3. Attitude and willingness
  4. Sitting and concentrate
  5. Observing and listening

Then, we talked about point-by-point the idea that is intended to convey at each point:

  1. Punctuality and organization. If you are coming to the party, with schedule of the rest of the team (there is no schedule for injuries or for Vips)
  2. Communicate(is) with the technical corps, in case of late arrival or occurrence of the last hour.
  3. Come always with clothes party (or in the case of being injured, with clothes of the club that you can see at all times). We come up with the Attitude and willingness to play a game.
  4. Sitting down and concentrate. Respect teammates, coaches, opponents, officials and public (we remain oblivious to the public).
  5. Watching and listening to you: Always pay attention to what happens in the match if we can provide or suggest something.
  6. Active listening in the dead-time. Return without haste and without pause to the bench. Be concentrated and up to date on the guidelines of the game.
  7. In that minute, the bank is for those who are in court: the peers that are on the court need to regain oxygen. In addition, this also helps the coach to arrange next attack or defense.
  8. When a partner is changed, you will always run into the hand. We need to join with the exchange of players inside and outside of the track. Encourage and celebrate them with respect (no grititos or gestures roll NBA).
  9. Discipline bench. There can be only a person raised on the bench and the coach (the coaches, assistants may do so in a very timely).
  10. At the end of the match, after shaking hands with opponents, referees and table officials, we collect everything, and we don’t leave nothing dirty or pulled.

This decalogue highlights the importance of discipline, respect and commitment within a team. Each one of their standards is designed to promote unity and professionalism, ensuring that all players contribute in a positive way, both on and off the field.

The main purpose of these rules is to strengthen the work in team, ensuring that all members follow the same line of behavior and attitude. Punctuality, communication with the technical body and the concentration in the game are key aspects to maintaining the cohesion of the team and respect for the dynamics of the group.

In addition, it emphasizes the importance of respect towards teammates, coaches, opponents and referees, promoting a culture of sports-based education and accountability. It also highlights the discipline on the bench, stressing that each player must always be ready to contribute and add to the team, whether playing or from outside the court.

In short, this decalogue reinforces the idea that the success of a team depends not only on the individual talent, but of a collective effort, a positive attitude and the respect for the established rules.
